Stages of a Brand Story

When it’s time to upgrade for the next stage in your growth

Many times, when people start businesses, they rush to create a lone logo thinking it establishes their visual brand. Many of our clients come to us after a few years of business realizing a logo doesn’t equate brand identity. They’re missing important elements and a cohesive look. When you work with us, we make sure to empower you with a full asset of suites – not just a logo.

We worked with A Wave Blue World to establish brand guidelines including multiple logo lockups, colors, and typography. The identity created was then applied to business collateral including convention banners and signage, business stationery, digital graphics for social media and print ads, and more.

Implementing Brand Assets

for a cohesive design

Once the newly designed identity was applied to business collateral and conference signage, we rolled it out for a cohesive look across the board. This included us designing full layouts for a library of AWBW’s art books, graphic novels, and comics projects over the following years. Additionally, we handled title treatment, covers design, trade dresses (see “Dead Legends #1,” “The Orphan King #1,” and “Mezo #1), and full interior layouts for books (some of which can be seen below).

Bringing it All Together

Applying a thoughtful and well-designed brand identity across all media is important for every business’s audience engagement and brand recognition. With a strong, recognizable library of assets in place, AWBW’s company has expanded – experiencing positive growth and support from their audience.
