Founder, Nicola Black, has developed a custom, methodical approach to inform robust and cohesive suites of impactful brand assets and collateral for new and growing companies. Our company began in the Philadelphia region and is now located in Upstate New York. Because of the nature of our work, we can work with you whether you are local or on the other side of the country.
We’re also invested in the small business community and run Work in Progress – An online community and support for freelancers and solo entrepreneurs.
Human Made Ethical Design
We believe that creative work is valuable and is human made. We are passionate in ensuring that everyone who provides creative services receives fair compensation reflecting the value of their expertise – at minimum, a liveable wage. We work to educate both creatives and clients in ethical design practices via our events, social media, and presentations.

Our custom process produces unique solutions. It is one we’ve developed since we opened our doors for business in 2008. We and our clients understand and respect the time, knowledge, expertise, and level of craft that go into developing impactful, custom identities. Our methods have proven to produce successful and engaging identites.
