Graphic design is our passion. We live and breathe design. That’s how we know we’re in the perfect industry. Design is everywhere. Inspiration comes at a moments notice and luckily we get to utilize those ideas in projects for clients such as yourself.

Some information about us:

With a strong background designing with in-house teams including a fast-paced local Philadelphia city newspaper as well as an entertainment company also located in the Philadelphia area, Nicola Black has collected a vast knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the design industry. Working one on one with clients and their printers to produce the perfect image to illustrate their message is our specialty.

After supplementing her full-time career with multiple freelance opportunities, Nicola seized the moment to open her own business. With over 10 years experience in the design industry, Nicola Black Design, L.L.C. officially opened their doors for business March 10, 2008. We just celebrated our second year anniversary and look forward to many more!

Dr. Sketchy’s Philadelphia

Nicola Black Design, L.L.C. was a proud presenter of the Philadelphia branch of Dr. Sketchy’s from October 2007 – December 2009. 4 years ago, Molly Crabapple and friends began an art revolution they named Dr. Sketchy’s. Since it’s inception, Dr. Sketchy’s has become a worldwide phenomenon with over 100 branches globally. We are so proud Nicola Black Design, L.L.C. had a hand in one of the best art events in Philadelphia – mixing cabaret, burlesque, drinking, drawing, games and a whole lot of debauchery. We are big supporters of this event and urge you to visit Dr. Sketchy’s Philadelphia at your earliest convenience. You’ll be very happy you did!
